Information we handle
We handle account details such as your name, email address and verification status; session information such as IP address and browser information; uploaded photos and file details; generation requests and results; and order and payment-status records. Account passwords are stored as hashes.
How your content is used
Your photos and videos are processed to provide the creation, storage, preview and download features you request, and to handle support, security and abuse reports. We do not use your photos or videos to train or evaluate models, build datasets, publish examples or promote the service.
Private storage and processing services
User uploads and results are stored separately from public reference media in Cloudflare R2. Access to private media requires account authorization and time-limited links. The backend and database run on AWS in the United States. Cloudflare also hosts the public website and delivers service email. When checkout is enabled, Waffo processes payments as the merchant of record; no payment is collected while checkout is disabled. Live generation uses Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 through KIE for model processing. Photos submitted for a generation request are sent to KIE to produce the video you requested. Where live generation is not enabled for a template, the video shown is a labelled fixed sample that is not derived from your photo.
How long we keep your files
Uploaded photos and generated videos have a 30-day retention period and are automatically queued for deletion when that period ends. For an unused photo, the period starts when upload completes; for a photo used in a task, it starts when the latest associated task ends. A generated video is timed from its own task ending. Incomplete upload staging files are removed earlier. Active tasks, unresolved safety reviews, legal holds and protected template references can delay deletion; these protections are checked again before an object is removed. You can request earlier deletion through your account or support. Private links expire no later than the file’s access deadline; an expired link is not evidence that the underlying object has already been deleted. This policy controls our private media storage, not copies retained independently by model providers or database backups.
Browser previews and drafts
Selecting a photo first creates a local preview. Photos are uploaded when you submit through an available creation workflow. Browser storage retains saved photo drafts and request-recovery information. You can clear a draft from the creation page; the site also attempts to remove it after a request is saved or you sign out, and reports a failure to clear it.
Cookies and analytics
Session cookies support sign-in, and a language cookie remembers your choice. Browser storage supports creation and checkout continuity. Plausible (stats.actify.cc) records public-page visits without advertising cookies and without tracking you across other websites; SEO Workbench receives visits and selected tool interactions through SEO-Monitor-SDK. These events exclude photos, email addresses, authentication parameters and payment details. Account and authentication pages are excluded. Hosting, security and account services still process request and session information to operate the website.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@aimemegen.com and we will delete it after verifying the request. Where local law sets a higher age for consenting to online services, that age applies.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Use the contact address above for privacy requests, including access, correction, deletion or account closure. Write from your registered email address and identify the relevant account or file. We verify ownership before acting. Active tasks and safety or legal holds must be resolved before affected media can be removed. Do not email passwords or additional face photos.
