The service
AI Meme Gen offers meme reference clips and photo-based video creation workspaces to users worldwide. Each template page shows its current creation options. Reference clips illustrate the performance; they are not proof of output generated by this service. Results shown before live generation is enabled are labelled fixed samples.
Your account
Use an account you are authorized to control, provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Do not access another person’s account or private media, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls.
Billing and credits
Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital credits for this service, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire, and there is no automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Pack prices, credit amounts and current generation costs are shown before purchase or generation. By completing checkout, you authorize the one-time amount shown there, including any applicable taxes. Credits are delivered after payment is verified.
Refund policy
Because purchased credits are an intangible digital product delivered to your account for use with the service, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered, including unused credits or a change of mind. Used credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply to duplicate charges caused by a billing error, a verified payment for credits that were not delivered and cannot be supplied after investigation, and any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law. We refund the duplicate charge or the amount paid for the affected undelivered credits, as applicable. This policy does not exclude remedies for defective or misdescribed services or other mandatory consumer rights. A release of reserved credits after confirmed non-delivery of a video is a credit-balance adjustment, not a cash refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@aimemegen.com from your registered account address with your order or transaction ID, purchase date, amount and reason for the request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We reply within 3 business days and provide a decision and handling outcome within 10 business days of receiving your request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; payment providers and banks typically require a further 5–10 business days to post the funds. If the funds have not arrived after that period, contact us with the original order ID.
Your photos and permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your material, including permission from people depicted where required. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, likeness or reputation rights, or present a generated scene as evidence of real conduct. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos.
Personal and commercial use
You may download, edit, share and use your generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, subject to rights in the material you use and the applicable model-service terms. This permission does not grant rights belonging to other people or organizations.
Acceptable use
Do not create non-consensual sexual imagery of real people, sexual content involving minors, threats or incitement to violence, hateful abuse, fraudulent impersonation, or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or attacks on its infrastructure.
Content standards and prohibited categories
These AIGC rules apply to uploaded material, prompts and generated images, audio and videos. The service prohibits all six categories: pornography, NSFW and adult sexual content (including consensual adult content); violence and gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM); deepfake or impersonation content that depicts a real person in a false or misleading situation, or that is used to deceive others about who a person is or what that person did; and content that infringes copyright or trademarks. Using your own likeness, or the likeness of a person who has given you documented permission, inside a template scene is the intended use of this service and is not, by itself, a prohibited deepfake. You remain responsible for holding that permission and for how the result is presented. You must not present a generated scene as evidence of real events or real statements.
Reports, restrictions and review
Report abuse or request a review through the contact address above. Identify the affected account, request or content without sending passwords. We can restrict access, suspend accounts or remove content to stop misuse or address a security issue. Account-closure and data requests use the same support contact and ownership checks.
Disclaimers and service availability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI-generated results are provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or output accuracy. We do not guarantee any particular likeness, facial expression, movement, soundtrack, synchronization or finished-video effect, or an exact match to a reference clip. Outputs may contain artifacts or errors; review them and the rights needed before use or publication. Availability and processing time may be affected by maintenance, network failures, third-party AI or hosting providers, or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the total fees you actually paid to AI Meme Gen during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and the cap do not limit mandatory consumer rights, refunds required by law, liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
